Damages:

Please inspect the packaging of your item(s) when they arrive. If you notice any damage you should make note of it when signing for delivery.  If your item(s) do arrive damaged, please send photos to returns@campingdepot.com.au and we will process an insurance claim on your behalf.

Cancellations & Refunds:

All orders cancelled after 48 hours are subject to a $20 administration fee, whether or not your order has been shipped.  If your order has been shipped, you (the buyer) will also be responsible for actual return shipping charges. Refunds will only be issued to the original credit card that you use when placing your order. 

Shipments cannot be rerouted once a package has been shipped, please kindly note. 

While we strive to provide the best quality products and expect a high level of service from our third-party carriers, we recognize that at times a product or particular delivery method does not meet our standards or quoted delivery date. Due to unforeseen issues potentially occurring, we strongly suggest that you wait until you receive and verify your products as we cannot be held responsible for delays in scheduled work.

We work hard to ensure a positive shopping experience for our customers. If for any reason you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, you may return your products within 30 days after delivery as long as they are new, undamaged, and unmodified. We cannot guarantee that your item will be accepted for a refund or exchange if it does not meet these requirements. Return requests beyond 30 days after delivery require special authorization.

CampingDepot will pay the shipping costs of the returned item(s) for the following reasons: carrier damage, defective product, incorrect product received, or for any extra product you did not order. For all other reasons, customers are responsible for return arrangement and postages.

Please note that we will not accept returns with product modifications as it voids our warranty policy. Any modified products received will be returned to you at your expense.
